This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Piyasa mobile app, why we use it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account and early-access details: email address, name, optional phone number, favourite club, preferred platform, username and position.
- Game data: leagues, team names, rosters, weekly lineups, draft picks, trades, free agent activity, scores, and fixtures.
- User content: league chat messages, reported content, and user reports.
- Notification data: notification preferences and the device push token.
- Usage and diagnostics: screens opened, basic product interactions, error logs, crash and performance data.
Why we use this information
We use this data to create your account, run league and draft features, calculate weekly scores, send notifications, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. Piyasa does not track you for ads and does not sell your data to third-party advertisers.
Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication, data storage and realtime features; PostHog in the European region for product analytics and error diagnostics; and Expo for app distribution and notification infrastructure. These providers process data only to deliver their services.
Retention and security
We keep account and game data for as long as needed to provide the service. Security logs, legal obligations, and dispute resolution may require us to keep some records longer. We limit access with authentication, row-level database rules, and encrypted network connections.
Your rights and account deletion
You can update your profile from Account in the app. You can also permanently delete your account and related personal data from Account. Account deletion includes user content we are not legally required to keep.
Children's privacy
Piyasa is not designed for children. If you are under the minimum age required to use digital services where you live, you should not use the app.
Changes
We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. For important changes, we will notify you in the app or on this page.
